Over the last fifteen years Linton S. Judd has developed the SILM® model encompassing a "mental gearbox™". It can provide a simple framework to help you apply psychological concepts, skills and techniques in business.
Combined with a business psychology knowledge base, and e-coaching support, SILM® can help you work towards achieving your personal goals and business success with wellbeing. Linton Judd was awarded a BSc Psychology in 1985; MSc Counselling Psychology 1999; MA Managerial Psychology 2005; and an MSc Business Psychology 2009. He also holds BPS Certificates of Competence in Psychological Testing Levels A+B.
Presently his research interests include development of the SILM® scale, a psychometric instrument to identify aspects of brain functioning with the potential to enhance Coaching Psychology practice
