Over the last fifteen years Linton S. Judd has
developed the SILM® model encompassing a "mental gearbox". It can
provide a simple framework to help you apply psychological concepts, skills and
techniques in business.

Combined with a business psychology
knowledge base, and
e-coaching support, SILM® can help you work
towards achieving your personal goals and business success with
wellbeing.
Linton Judd was awarded a BSc Psychology in 1985; MSc
Counselling Psychology 1999; MA Managerial Psychology 2005; and an MSc Business
Psychology 2009. Entered on the BPS
Register of Qualifications in Test Use
(RQTU) he is currently completing a Coaching Psychology research
project toward the highest level of qualification in the use of psychometric
instruments, Registered Specialist in Test Use.
As a member
of the British Psychological Society, founder member of the
BPS
Special Group in Coaching Psychology and member of the
International Society for Coaching Psychology he is
currently working toward Accreditation through the IPD Portfolio system with
ISCP.

| Research interests include development of two psychometric
instruments, the SILM® Function scale, to identify aspects of
brain functioning with the potential to enhance Coaching Psychology practice,
and the SILM® Relate scale, to explore personal
relationships within a social context. |
